Parenting Plan Attorney

Parenting Plans are required now in the State of Florida. The purpose of the parenting plan is to cover every aspect of issues regarding the minor child(ren). This includes child support, time-sharing, tax benefit, life insurance, health insurance, parental responsibility, school designation and uncovered medical/extra curricular activities. In the best case scenario, the parenting plan is the “fall back” provision in the event the parties’ cannot agree on a certain issue.
